Rocket Motor Test Stand

The RMTS is capable of
recording the thrust-time characteristics of rocket motors generating
up to 220 pounds of maximum thrust. Overall test-bed dimensions
for the RMTS are 19 5/8" long x 12" wide x 16 1/2"
high. Plans for the Rocket Motor Test Stand (RMTS) are
distributed by download and/or CD ROM in Internet Explorer
web browser format. The RMTS plans have been modified to use the
new DATAQ Instruments
DI-158-UP
Data Logger Starter Kit ($199) and WinDaq/Lite data
acquisition software.
After RmtsPlans.zip is purchased and downloaded
copy RmtsPlans.zip into a new folder and extract the
Internet Explorer web browser components using WinZip. Double-click
RmtsPlans.html to view the plans. Requires
WinZip to extract the web browser components.
