AEROROCKET SOFTWARE SALES BANNED LIST

ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS NOT PERMITTED TO PURCHASE/UPGRADE AEROROCKET SOFTWARE

ORGANIZATION OR INDIVIDUALS REASON

E.R.P.S (Experimental Rocket Propulsion Society)
Masten Space Systems (masten-space.com)
David W. Masten (dmasten@piratelabs.org)
Michael Wallis (mwallis@wallis.com)
Date Posted: 11/06/2007

David Masten in a public message posted on the Internet to Michael Wallis offered to "donate" his single-license  version of VisualCFD™ and HyperCFD™ to the entire E.R.P.S. membership. David Masten's obsolete version of VisualCFD was purchased on 12/24/2003.

David Masten emailed: No response.
Michael Wallis emailed: Defended David Masten's "right" to donate AeroRocket's software contrary to copyright and license agreement. If "donated" or not AeroRocket was willing to allow new VisualCFD and HyperCFD purchase at a fraction of the standard 50% upgrade price in exchange for posting removal and an apology. However, Michael Wallis refused to remove posted messages and was extremely pugnacious.

wegotmedia.com and myonlinebiller.com
Date Posted 04/12/2012

WARNING: There are reports that pirated software from 3rd party web sites are infected by viruses. In addition, no backup protection will be provided for any pirated AeroRocket software.

Wegotmedia.com and myonlinebiller.com are listed as software pirates because these sites appear to be distributing AeroRocket software without permission. Wegotmedia and myonlinebiller are displaying software download links that use the same name and version number as the latest software sold by AeroRocket. Their action is causing confusion in the marketplace and the scam download links are driving sales from aerorocket. It could not be confirmed if the links are legitimate because the wegotmedia web site requires payment. Wegotmedia was contacted several times with only mechanical email responses to requests for removing the pirate software download links.

Credit card thief, avyashcol@gmail.com
Date Posted 04/21/2012

An online credit card thief using the email, avyashcol@gmail.com fraudulently obtained $910 worth of AeroRocket software. This theft of AeroRocket software is being investigated.

SWREG Digital River is not used to process credit card orders for the following reasons.

SWREG
1) SWREG's policy of charging for backup protection was contrary to the AeroRocket policy of providing FREE backup protection.
2) SWREG's Extended Download Service provided unlimited access to new software versions violating AeroRocket's intellectual property rights for a period of two years beyond original purchase contrary to their own Terms of Use as stated in paragraph 1.
3) SWREG cannot answer questions without being cryptic.

NOTE: Software piracy, even for non-profit use, violates copyright law and prevents AeroRocket software innovation.
